Online vitality workshops VOTA

The Corona virus has turned the world and the school upside down. Change, uncertainty and work pressure are challenges we all face. In a different work environment with perhaps several housemates and perhaps limited resources, it takes a lot of energy and effort to keep everything in balance. An appeal is made to the mental resilience and resilience of employees in education.

To support colleagues, we make an offer via VOTA for free participation in various online vitality workshops. An important part on which VOTA focuses is sustainable employability, including vitality, of employees.

VOTA stands for Secondary Education Twente and the Achterhoek where six secondary schools work together: De Waerdenborch, OSG Hengelo, Het Erasmus, Het Stedelijk Lyceum, Het Assink lyceum and Staring College. They will tackle the consequences of regional shrinkage and the imminent teacher shortage. The official VOTA campaign will follow after the schools have reopened.

The interactive workshops offer you inspiration and support while working from home and for the period afterwards. Because although this special situation is the first reason to offer online vitality workshops, they have a broader perspective.

Via VOTA.nl you can register yourself for the following workshops:

  • Work-life balance
  • Strong in Screen (home) work
  • Working from home is top sport

The workshops last 60 minutes and you follow with a group of about 10 participants via Teams. Participants can come from the six schools of the VOTA partnership. The workshops are offered free of charge through VOTA.
